Description and Requirement

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our automotive business by creating compelling visual content for social media platforms. This role focuses heavily on automotive marketing, with an emphasis on designing eye-catching graphics, promotional materials, and digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and strong experience in social media content creation.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in automotive or retail marketing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and web standards.
  • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Experience in designing for social media platforms, including an understanding of format requirements and best practices
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote vehicles, sales events, financing offers, and brand awareness.
  • Create templates and promotional materials (e.g., banners, reels covers, story ads, thumbnails) tailored to car listings, feature highlights, and dealership branding.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that support monthly sales goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Edit and enhance vehicle photos for online listings and social posts, ensuring high-quality presentation and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies that align with company goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs by following established brand guidelines and templates.
  • Keep up with trends in automotive advertising, social media design, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize and archive assets for easy access and reuse across campaigns and platforms.
