Requirements
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in automotive or retail marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals and web standards.
- Strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms, including an understanding of format requirements and best practices
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote vehicles, sales events, financing offers, and brand awareness.
- Create templates and promotional materials (e.g., banners, reels covers, story ads, thumbnails) tailored to car listings, feature highlights, and dealership branding.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that support monthly sales goals and seasonal promotions.
- Edit and enhance vehicle photos for online listings and social posts, ensuring high-quality presentation and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs by following established brand guidelines and templates.
- Keep up with trends in automotive advertising, social media design, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and archive assets for easy access and reuse across campaigns and platforms.
