Job Description
Collateral development

  • Works together with the Marketing team in conceptualization and final development for any creative request both offline and online
  • Must be proficient Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro, Acrobat and Design Tools
  • Works on layouts and art working pages ready for print. Collaterals such as brochure, flyer, billboard, events backdrop, photo booth, menu, tent cards, etc
  • Designs various graphics, edit photos and videos for social media
  • Prepares specifications of collaterals for printing requirements for final artwork stage
  • Creates motion graphics and videos editing for product awareness
  • Prepare props, shot list, and other requirements prior to photo shoot
  • Provides art direction in photo shoots and collaterals according to approved creative brief.
  • Ensures that brochures, collaterals, and any other creative layout in the hotel conform to brand standards Maintains and updates images in the photo library.
  • Files marketing correspondences and documents related to brochures and collaterals.
  • Prints and produces internal collaterals on a per need basis.
  • Attends meetings with creative design groups and other suppliers as needed.
  • Keeps an updated database of suppliers (printers, artists, photographers, graphic design agencies) for possible commissioning
In-house events
Assist the Marketing team in any printed or online collateral needed Does events documentation that will be useful on social media

General Duties

  • To report for duty punctually wearing the proper office attire/uniform and name badge at all times

  • To attend continuous training and development programs of the hotel
  • To maintain good working relationship with colleagues and other departments
  • To ensure that the correct standards, policies and procedures are maintained as stated in the Department’s Operations Manual

  • To safeguard confidentiality of information processed by the department
  • To perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Any graduated, prefer to have Graphic Design Course Diploma or Certificate
  • Graduate of any 3 year University course
  • At least 4 years work experience in graphic design, photography, or videography
  • Self-starter, initiative
  • Tactful and sensitive of customers, press and local community needs
  • Charismatic presence
  • Creative and outgoing personality
  • Able to work long hours and as part of a team
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Graphics software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro Acrobat, and design tools
  • Advanced photography and videography
