Lead and manage daily operations of the business in line with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and service providers.
Oversee all managed service contracts and ensure SLA commitments are met or exceeded.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand service offerings.
Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and business analysis for the executive board.
Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in the telecom industry.
In-depth knowledge and experience in handling SLA agreements and managed service contracts with telecom operators.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Fluency in both English and Myanmar languages is preferred.
