General Manager

Description and Requirement

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the business in line with company goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators and service providers.

  • Oversee all managed service contracts and ensure SLA commitments are met or exceeded.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand service offerings.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of service delivery.

  • Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and business analysis for the executive board.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in the telecom industry.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in handling SLA agreements and managed service contracts with telecom operators.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Fluency in both English and Myanmar languages is preferred.
