Description and Requirement

Key responsibility

• Organize and facilitate farmer meetings to share knowledge and solve problems.
• Provide seasonal credit services.
• Coordinate the delivery of agricultural inputs and essential materials.
• Manage machine rental services to improve farming productivity.
• Develop and strengthen market linkages for farmers.
• Conduct farm visits to provide agricultural technical guidance and monitor progress.
• Communication: Strong internal and external collaboration.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to drive a motorcycle
• Strong communication skills
