Job Description 

The Early Years Teacher will perform the tasks but not limited to the list of key responsibilities below.

• To create exciting and intriguing learning environments and plan different teaching activities that meet the needs of individual learners
• To ensure children perform highly, meet their potential and progress well in all areas of the curriculum
• To select and make good use of ICT and other teaching resources which optimize children’s learning
• To Work closely with academic coordinator and the school teaching/academic team to ensure quality teaching and effectiveness of lessons
• To foster a love of learning and children’s intellectual curiosity
• To establish and maintain a safe, purposeful and positive learning atmosphere
• To pay attention to the physical, social and emotional needs of the children as required
• To conduct purposeful observations and accurate assessments of student progress
• To report progress, success and concerns with parents through written reports, formal or informal parent meetings and consultations
• To participate actively in regular team meetings and promotional events

Job Requirements

The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for teaching Nursery and Pre-KG students at EDU International School.

• He/ She will ensure all of our youngest learners are provided a secure learning environment and interactions necessary to perform highly and achieve their full potential in all regards.
• He/ She is expected to help all students to develop emotional security, self-belief and mature social skills. 
• He/She must hold Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fiel and teaching certification (Diploma in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
• He/She is also expected to have good level of English (IELTS 6 /Upper-Intermediate and above).
