Description and Requirement
The main responsibility is to design, develop and maintain OliveGo’s e-commerce site, to drive online traffic and, consequently, sales and revenue growth from the online channel in regards to corporate strategy.
Job Description
- Develop e-commerce plan and roadmap in regards to the direction of the company’s online business, to support the achievement of corporate goal and target
- Design and develop the company’s e-commerce platform, which includes UX design, online payment platform, self-service portals, e-contact channel, to create and enhance usability and ensure implementation readiness in regards to plan and timeline
- Perform the user interface design of the e-commerce site, to create an attractive, guiding and optimized responsive experience for users
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the briefing process on the development of e-commerce site, to take the role as product owner and ensure understanding among all stakeholders in regards to programming and development of the website
- Develop and maintain the company’s social media assets, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in communication channel to target customers
- Maintain the e-commerce site operations, which include SEM, SEO, display, emailing, social media, to achieve customer acquisition objectives
- Develop and implement plan to acquire new online users, as well as monitor and track online traffic, and perform analysis to identify performance of online website and online shop, to track performance of online activities and seek improvement areas
- Track key performance management indicators for traffic into the OliveGo’s e-commerce page, as well as make use of web analytics and market research tools, to estimate performance, spot trends and provide monthly reports on performance of sales activities
- Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence
- Identify risks, and decide on approach, methodologies, techniques to be used to complete tasks
- Continuously update oneself with changes in related business and market trends
- Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities

Job Requirements
- Must have above 3 year expericence in related field
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-years relevant experience
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Good English communication
