Description and Requirement

Job Description Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish specific goals for each digital marketing campaign.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are effectively optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the development and management of high-quality, engaging digital content across different platforms. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.
  • Website and User Experience Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of the company's website and other digital properties to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular audits, monitor analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for website optimization.
  • Social Media and Community Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engage with customers, and foster an active online community.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, monitor social media conversations, and analyze social media metrics.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Plan and implement paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and user behavior.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated budget constraints. Monitor spending, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns based on budget performance.
  • Team Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, development, content, and sales to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
