Description and Requirement

  • Work with department heads to set performance goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring regular performance reviews and feedback sessions are conducted to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure the performance management process is implemented across the company, including setting clear performance expectations and objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and work with management to create training programs that address these needs.
  • Implement learning initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Partner with department heads to create training plans that align with department-specific goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any graduate. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, development, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HR software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to create and present training materials using digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong experience in employee development, performance management systems, including setting goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
