Spare Part check, Forecast & order to Home Appliance Spare Part Team. 

Daily Repair Unit's (RMA Report) Check, Repair Quality Control check              

Daily complain handling with Customer & Co-operated partner.

Repair Unit Logistic check & arrange  

Home Appliance Employees Management

Prevention from Accident Damage Spare Part & repair unit 

Hotline & Social Manage (Check, Analysis & respond timely)       

Management of Tools & Equipment

Requirements

Diploma in business administration or relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in service supervisor position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel)

Proficiency in English. 

Good Interpersonal & intellectual skill        

Willing to travel
