Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment for at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
