Job Description

  • Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers or clients.
  • Checking, controlling, arranging for flow of ordering, using, updating for sampling and any customer requirements.
  • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and corporate with related department for developing products, process, factory environment, etc…
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in related field.
  • Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
