Job Description
- Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers or clients.
- Checking, controlling, arranging for flow of ordering, using, updating for sampling and any customer requirements.
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and corporate with related department for developing products, process, factory environment, etc…
- At least 3 years experience in related field.
- Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
