Job Description
Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
Ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers or clients.
Checking, controlling, arranging for flow of ordering, using, updating for sampling and any customer requirements.
Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and corporate with related department for developing products, process, factory environment, etc…
Job Requirements
At least 3 years experience in related field.
Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
