Brief Job Description
You are needed to established the service standard and procedures for all service employees in the organization.
Defining the responsibilities and roles of each Restaurant Supervisor, waiter and helper.
You are required to supervise all restaurant supervisor day to day.
You must have the skill of giving training to the employees of service standard and procedure.
Conceptual skill and ideas of appearance of food & drink and shop decoration
Able to suggest the new menus.
Have to develop and control the healthy environment of the shop and the employee’s personal grooming.
Investigate and resolve Customer complains
skill must be an essential skills
Good communication with kitchen department and other f&b department must be practiced within your department./
Drive sales and business goals(give suggestion how to improve sales by seeing the sale report)
Requirements
Must have a degree and related diploma (or) Training certificates are needed
Must be more than 5 years of experience in the same industry
Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service Skills and Problem solving skills are needed
Must have basic skill of using computer at least; Microsoft Office.
