Assumes the duties and fully responsibilities on the section
Assists the Demi chef de partie and commis 1 in the day-to-day operation of the Food Production
All preparation needs to be done before finished work
Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment (kitchen hygiene)
Assists the Demi Chef de partie in maintaining up-dated operations manuals for respective section
Participant daily briefing
Assists the Demi chef de partie to make sure will preparation need to be done in advance
Assists the Demi Chef de partie in setting Food Production all in line within procedures and policies
Make sure all operation run smooth without failure
Make sure each section cleans up before leave
Kitchen hygiene must be followed according to the standard
Must follow personal hygiene standard, grooming standard
Daily routine for checking all cold room temperature record without failure
Job Requirements
3 years above or 2 years in same position
Diploma in culinary
Must be flexible in working hours &days, including the ability and willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and evenings, when operational needs arise, especially during important events and peak occupancy periods.
