Job description
- Responsible for the overall Finance and Account of the company
- Capable of managing & supervising day to day financial operations.
- Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports for multiple affiliates
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including cost controls, job costing, and profit and loss accounting
- Prepares trial balance, financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements), annual financial reviews and annual taxation final reports to be reviewed by Finance Controller
- Manage Accounting Assistant and bookeepers.
- Prepares General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers and Business Transaction Documents
- Reports monthly profit/loss to management & reconciliation between actual figures and forecasted figures
- Reviews and manages Petty cash, Account Payables, Account Receivables and weekly check runs
- Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
- Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information
- Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services to determine effects on costs
- Study and collect data to determine costs of business activities such as raw materialpurchases, inventory and labor
- Responsible for account reconciliation of physical inventories and cycle counts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing by analyzing inventory and preparing supplemental reports as needed
Requirements
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Age not more than (45)
- Qualification level of a degree holder in relevant positions - B. Com/CPA or
- Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Manufacturing Industrial.
- Excellent command of English (4 skills) – (Relevant Certificate Required)
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Knowledge or past experience of Chief Accountant position in Manufacturing company is a must.
- Willing to work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone
- Meticulous, analytical , organized & report writing skills
- Integrity and able to keep company confidentiality
- Good Communication & Pleasant Personality
