  • Support the team for day-to-day operation
  • Preparation of advance expense and control of petty cash
  • Inventory stock control and entry stock list to be updated
  • Assist in document preparation for dispatch
  • Assist in payment collect
  • Support to ensure that all travel arrangements, documents are compliant for the employee and corporate.
  • Supervise cleaning, gardening and office facilities maintenance
  • Deal with administrative issues
  • Monitor daily attendance, stationary issue control
  • Manage and supervise vehicles and drivers
  • Coordinate with all departments and other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Any Graduate and Certified in related field
  • 2-3 Years working experience in related field
  • Age between 25 – 30  years
  • Must have expect computer skills (Word/Excel/Power point)
  • Good character and healthy.
  • Need to be a problem solver and taking supportive role
  • Able to work well in a dynamic team and under pressure
  • Must have a good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication skills with different function or team
