Description and Requirement
The ATM Security Team Lead is responsible for implementing and managing the security measures for the organization ATMs. This role focuses on ensuring the safety of ATM hardware, software, and transactional data against unauthorized access, fraud, and other security threats. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop security protocols, monitor ATM activities, and respond to security incidents.
- ATM Security Monitoring and Management
- Monitor ATM networks for suspicious activities and potential threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing on ATM machines.
- Implement measures to secure ATM hardware, software, and network connections.
- Incident Response and Investigation
- Respond to security incidents related to ATMs, including skimming, phishing, and cyber-attacks.
- Lead investigations into ATM security breaches and fraud attempts.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in case of criminal activities.
- Security Protocols and Compliance
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for ATM operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including PCI DSS, EMV, and other security standards.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures.
- Physical Security
- Oversee the installation of security devices on ATMs, such as cameras, alarms, and anti-skimming devices.
- Perform physical security assessments of ATM locations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to enhance ATM security.
- Risk Management and Mitigation
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in the ATM infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate security risks.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and implement proactive measures to protect ATMs.
- Training and Awareness
- Provide training to relevant staff on ATM security best practices.
- Educate customers on how to protect themselves from ATM fraud.
- Create awareness programs for stakeholders to promote a culture of security.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and findings.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on ATM security status.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years and above working experience in ATM Operation with security knowledge
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal skills and displays good planning and organizing abilities.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Deadline driven with the ability to cope with stressful situations.
- Takes own initiative and has a solutions-oriented approach.
