Responsible for the sales and marketing of performance & development of the existing Dry Port business and the new business opportunity
Drive "Volume and Revenue” growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department as well as achieve revenue target
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Forecast, analyze and design appropriate sales & marketing plan for Dry Ports (including CFS & ICD Services), Warehouse (Including Bonded Warehouse) and Multi-Modal Transport (Road & Rail Services) Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport "costs and efficiency” of service which render to Customers
Prepare an action plan for own individual as well as team (once assigned) for effective search of sales leads and market prospects
Consult and plan strategically to all potential Customers in order to meet best logistics solutions for their business needs in line with cost effectiveness, utmost productivity, flawless accuracy and timeliness targets
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, if required
Coordinate and cooperate with customer services team, operation team and other relevant teams to achieve Customer Satisfaction Direct, manage and optimize full order cycle to meet customer's satisfaction.
Conduct one-on-one review with all inter-department and subordinate to build more effective communication, to understand business model and industry development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and markets activity performance
Creates and conducts proposal presentation Resolve issues, bear challenges and mediate the customer complains to get customer satisfaction with Customer Service team and Operation team Supervise, coach and train inter-department teams, if required Comply with existing Myanmar Laws & regulations and IFC (ISO) requirements
Any tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, and customer services, Logistics, or related business field.
At least 5 years of experience of significant work experience with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing and Customer Services
Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
Must be able to use necessary computer program for sales & marketing function
