Description and Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the language center.
  • Oversee the implementation of language courses, schedules, and class allocations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as student enrollment, records management, and reporting.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and encourage staffs for their well-being.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee student progress and offer additional support or resources as needed.
  • Assist in creating marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the language center at events and fairs to promote its programs.
  • Support the General Manager in budget planning and financial management.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate student feedback, making improvements as necessary.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations of instructors and programs.



  • Any bachelor degree holder.
  • Proven experience in language education, management, or related educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience in marketing and promotion is a plus.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management is an advantageous.
