- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the language center.
- Oversee the implementation of language courses, schedules, and class allocations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as student enrollment, records management, and reporting.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and encourage staffs for their well-being.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee student progress and offer additional support or resources as needed.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Represent the language center at events and fairs to promote its programs.
- Support the General Manager in budget planning and financial management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Monitor and evaluate student feedback, making improvements as necessary.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations of instructors and programs.
- Any bachelor degree holder.
- Proven experience in language education, management, or related educational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in marketing and promotion is a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management is an advantageous.
