Assistant Application Manager

Description and Requirement

• Performing routime maintenance and monitoring performance of the business application software.
• Providing the guideline to troubleshoot data-related issues and resolving any problems with business application software.
• Modification for Addressing New Requirements and Defects in Software.
• Writing and Providing SQL Scripts for Reports requested by other departments.
• Leading the team in the implementing, upgrading and maintenance of the business application software.
• Collaborating and developing relationship with all stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Defining project scope, timelines and resource allocation and setting goals for each team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identifying training and skill development needs for the team.
• Creating, executing and maintaining company detabases.
• Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.
• Analyzing business operations and the business's computer system and determining which software application could improve efficiency.
• Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science or related field.
• 5 years of experience working in the implementing software, database management and project management.
• Age of between 30~35 years old.
• Excellent technical skills, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability of remain up-to-date with the latest software developments.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Able to travel if any.
