Description and Requirement
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures complete accounting documents received from clients.
- Send emails or make phone calls to clients to remind them to submit documents on time.
- Support all necessary job requirements on documents preparation process.
- Handles accounts preparation. (MIC Quarterly Report, Monthly Personal Income Tax Filing,Commercial Tax / Corporate
- Income Tax Filing, Tax Clearance process)
- Prepare the accounts using software (Microsoft Excel / MYOB/ XERO)
- Liaises with Internal Revenue Department for clients' queries and Tax Submission and clearance
process
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- A diploma/degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant working experience
