- Computer များအားတပ်ဆင်ခြင်း / Window တင်ခြင်း၊ Software and OS Installation၊ Wireless Sharing နှင့် Printer Sharing များ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း၊ Virus များရှင်းပေးခြင်း ၊ Maintenance များအား တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
- IT နည်းပညာများအား စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်က လေ့လာလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ / မိမိ အထက် senior များက သင်ကြားပြသမှုများအား နာခံသင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication ကောင်းမွန်၍ Customer Complain အားစိတ်ရှည်သီးခံ၍ ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင် သောသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
