Aftersales Service Manager

Description and Requirement

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient aftersales administration by enforcing policies and standards.
  • Help recruit and manage new Sales department employees.
  • Collaborate with sub-departmental managers to address issues promptly.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and high standards in the aftersales team.
  • Strategically grow the customer base and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet service targets, including customer satisfaction and turnaround time.
  • Secure customers and opportunities for strong revenue.
  • Allocate technicians' work based on their skills.
  • Supervise and support technicians for high-quality repairs.
  • Address training needs for the workshop team to ensure their understanding of After Sales Service procedures.
  • Maintain technical competence and efficient repair processes.
  • Handle technical support escalations.
  • Ensure warranty and repair work meets standards.
  • Lead and develop After Sales teams according to the company's strategy.
  • Represent the Aftersales area effectively in the Senior Management team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess an Engineering Degree or Diploma in the Electrical & Mechanical field, which is highly advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of relevant aftersales experience in Consumer Electronics.
  • Have a strong leadership skill.
  • Have experience in Repair Operations, is a plus.
