Description and Requirement
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient aftersales administration by enforcing policies and standards.
- Help recruit and manage new Sales department employees.
- Collaborate with sub-departmental managers to address issues promptly.
- Maintain excellent customer service and high standards in the aftersales team.
- Strategically grow the customer base and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet service targets, including customer satisfaction and turnaround time.
- Secure customers and opportunities for strong revenue.
- Allocate technicians' work based on their skills.
- Supervise and support technicians for high-quality repairs.
- Address training needs for the workshop team to ensure their understanding of After Sales Service procedures.
- Maintain technical competence and efficient repair processes.
- Handle technical support escalations.
- Ensure warranty and repair work meets standards.
- Lead and develop After Sales teams according to the company's strategy.
- Represent the Aftersales area effectively in the Senior Management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess an Engineering Degree or Diploma in the Electrical & Mechanical field, which is highly advantageous.
- At least 2 years of relevant aftersales experience in Consumer Electronics.
- Have a strong leadership skill.
- Have experience in Repair Operations, is a plus.
