Description and Requirement

The role holder is responsible for managing distribution of the stationery stock the branches, warehouse supervision, manage necessary for the Branch opening and closing, manage vendor’s payment and manage distribution process.  
 
Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day admin matters and performs closely with the team and other departments to improve admin functions and policies.  
  • Manage and distribute stationeries & other office supplies to all branches.  
  • Receive the invoice from Vendors, check and prepare payment slip.  
  • Keep the relationship with Vendors. 
  • Checking the monthly generator fuel charges by usage of representative VC & Function. 
  • Reviewing the monthly phone bill top up list for representative VC & Function. 
  • Checking and monitoring petty cash correct or not and other admin expenses. 
  • When the branches are closed, the assets are stored at the branch and sent to the warehouse, when requested to reuse these items. 
  • Manage necessary requirements for branches open and closed.
  • Dealing with government offices. 
  • Manage the main store, the warehouse and verify the transferred items from every department. 
  • Manage disposal process.
  • Manage all items distribution process. 
  • Good Communication Corporation, negotiation problem solving and team work skills. 
  • Maintain office facilities and fixed assets in record
