Admin & HR Manager

Description and Requirement

  • Update the Human Resource Policy & Procedure in according with the labor law to systematically to achieve organization.
  • Ensure the employee handbook issued on commencement is up to date and reflective of current Organizational policies.
  • Prepare Manpower Planning & HR Budget according to Organizational Structure.
  • Recruits the Talent Employee, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions according to Organization Structure.
  • Handlingrecruitmentactivitiessuchaspostingofjobopeningonline;liaisewithrecruitmentagenciesandconductinterviewwithrespectivedepartmenthead.
  • Plans and conducts new employee for on boarding process toward Company goals.
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Calculate the MonthlySalary, SSB, Income Tax in line with the Time Attendance.
  • Ensure training needs analysis, prepare annual training plan and budget andsubmititandgetapprovalfromManagementandimpleme
  • Coordinates management training such as interviewing,hiring,terminations,promotions,performancereview,safety,andsexualharassme
  • To improve employee efficiency and motivation using monthly appraisal ,performance evaluation withHOD  &  preparing internal  &  externalTraining forneedsrequireme
  • Review alignment of performance of individuals with learning and development activities and suggest alterations where required.
  • Work with the MD to assist in alignment between performance and salary and benefits reviews.
  • Advises management inappropriatere solution of employee relations issu
  • Provide HR reports to the management on a monthly basis (or otherwise as directed.
  • Manage the engagement of all employees and management including the execution and renewal of contracts.
  • Arrangement for the Administration Work such as Vehicle maintenance, Printing and stationery, Building maintenance, Rental process of Stores, Office furniture and equipment’s supply and fixed assets control.
  • Manage the Admin/ HR Departmental budged control
  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements
