Manage the process of freight invoice issuing and settlement, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Take charge of accounting receivables, including maintaining comprehensive invoice records, assigning receipts, and actively pursuing outstanding payments from debtors.
Handle daily payment and receipt processes accurately and efficiently.
Support the team in dealing with holding tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure accurate financial information exchange and alignment of financial goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management to contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Job Requirements:
LCCI certificate or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
Good communication skills in English. Relevant working experience in the logistics or trading industry.
Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles related to the shipping industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well in a team.
Good English language skills required, with a preference for candidates who are proficient in Chinese.
