About Me

Introduction to ECCL

Eager Communications Co. Ltd (ECCL) was formed in Second Quarter of 2014 , with the primary focus of providing Technical Consultancy, Systems Integration, Wholesale and Retail Services Operations in order to aid the development of the ICT & Telecommunications Sectors within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

ECCL operates from its Yangon Offices but has an extensive network of Local Partners based in each Region that assist ECCL to promote and enhance the development of Info-Communications Infrastructures, Networks and Support throughout the Republic of the Union of Myanmar using ECCL’s specialized operations services and investment strength.
Technical Capabilities

ECCL and their principle partners (both local and foreign) can provide every aspect of Network development, including initial concepts, system consultancy, design, engineering, installation, commissioning and ongoing operations & maintenance.
Project Engineering Strengths

ECCL Engineers have extensive Project Management, Development, Implementation and Operations experience in the field of Telecommunications and Computer Networking Systems.

Our Project Managers and Engineers are expert in designing systems and solutions to meet the customer's stringent specifications, within strict project timescales and budgets. This is achieved by having a full understanding of project management techniques and client requirements.


Implementation, Operations & Maintenance Support Capabilities

ECCL consists of a Core Team of Senior Engineers located in Yangon that provide project implementation and support services to an extensive group of in-country local partners. This allows ECCL to provide 1st and 2nd Line support services whilst retaining more specialized support functions on a regional basis.

At ECCL the manpower has been developed to ensure the correct mix of Technical Knowledge, Field Experience and Commercial acumen. These local and foreign professionals and consultants have qualifications ranging from Ex-Government Telecom Executives, Professional Chartered Engineers [C.Eng] and Military / Oil Field trained Telecoms Engineers, Technicians, Management, Marketing, Sales and Financial Executives.

ECCL also ensures that its Local Partners have qualified staff to provide complete equipment installations and system commissioning. ECCL provides all necessary training and customized certification for these partners in order to ensure that Industry standards and customer specifications will be followed during the installation process.

All ECCL Engineers and Technicians also have the expertise to implement regular Preventative On-Site Maintenance programs for various Telecom Networks.
