Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports and insights to upper management for decision-making
• Create and manage sales plans and budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize sales growth and profitability.

• Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in role of Sales Manager in Hygiene product industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
