Description and Requirement

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operations of travel, tourism, and transportation services
  • Provide support to the operations team in handling bookings, reservations, and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise
