Description and Requirement

     JOB Description
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of performance & development of the existing Port business and the new business opportunity Drive "Volume and Revenue” growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of the department as well as achieve revenue target
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Forecast, analyze, and design an appropriate marketing plan for Ports (including CFS & ICD Services), Warehouse.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport "costs and efficiency” of service which render to Customers
  • Prepare action plan for own individual as well as team (once assigned) for effective search of sales leads and market prospects
  • Consult and plan strategically to all potential Customers in order to meet best logistics solutions for their business needs in line with cost effectiveness, utmost productivity, flawless accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and if required
  • Coordinate and cooperate with customer services team, operation team and other relevant teams to achieve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Direct, manage and optimize full order cycle to meet customer's satisfaction.
  • Comply with existing Myanmar Laws & regulations and IFC (ISO) requirements
  • Identify any issues regarding container shipment proactively and provide consultation to customers and Shipping lines.
  • Provide information & solution based with experience & knowledge for inquiries from customers.
  • Fully responsible to develop new customers and maintain them through frequent communication and visit.
  • Build strong relationships with Shipping lines & Other customers.
  • Conduct Market research, Market visits and analysis to identify new areas of expansion.
  • Regularly create value added conversations with customers to uncover business opportunities
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with terminal services.
  • Prepare monthly reports, attractive presentation, materials provide persuasive presentations
  • Analyze container handling data and other statistics and propose a strategy to the HOD & Management
  • Any tasks as assigned by Head of Marketing.

    Job Requirements

    • Any graduate, MBA and/ or Diploma in Marketing is advantage.
    • At least 5 years experiences in Marketing field in service company.
    • Must be able to use necessary computer program for sales & marketing function.
    • Must have knowledge of terminal and shipping in details.
    • Good knowledge of Marketing and especially product service communication
