Human Resources team

  1. Recruitment and Selection
    1. Making / announcing recruitment according to the needs of departments
    2. Selected of received applications
    3. Announcing the list of applicants for the interview
    4. Interviews with relevant department leaders
    5. Schedule a second interview with the MD if necessary
    6. Informing selected candidates
    7. Preparation and submission of monthly statements For Recruitment and Selection
  2. Attendance, Leaves, Late, absenteeism
    1. Checking Daily Attendance
    2. Checking leave, Late, early out and Over Time
    3. Daily Attendance, Leaves, Late, absenteeism report to MD, CEO, Executive Director
    4. Coordinate with Finance Department on salary payment based on Attendance
    5. Preparation and submission of monthly statements For Attendance, Leaves, Late, absenteeism
  3. Employee Profile
    1. Creating a Personal Profile file for all employees.
    2. Update your profile files in real time
    3. Creating record in Personal Profile file for Awards, punishments record.
    4. Systematic confidentiality Store Personal Profile file.
  4. Rules and Regulations
    1. Staff regulations Development of Rules and Regulations / Employee Manual
    2. Checking for compliance with the Rules and Regulations
    3. Submission to Senior Management Team, recording employees who do not comply with the Rules and Regulations
    4. Preparation and submission of monthly and yearly report.
  5. compensation and Benefits
    1. Employee leave, medical benefits and other benefits allowed in accordance with existing labor law, Deduction and recording.
    2. Establishing salaries and other benefits in accordance with existing labor laws.
    3. Ensuring that employees' social security funds and income taxes are paid regularly
    4. Participate in staff affairs / funeral arrangements
  6. Organization Development
    1. Designing the duties and responsibilities of the staff in consultation with the relevant department leaders
    2. Business Requirements Redesigning the Organizational Structure in consultation with relevant department heads depending on availability of staff.
    3. Coordinating inter-departmental communication processes.
    4. Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    5. Coordinating with relevant department leaders to improve staff activities
  7. Performance Appraisal
    1. Reviewing During a specified period of time, the relevant duties and responsibilities of the employees are fulfilled. Assessing staff performance in accordance with the assigned management responsibilities, such as compliance with the rules / regulations, in collaboration with the relevant department leaders.
    2. Does not meet performance require employee, Notification Advise to reach the specified performance.
    3. Selecting and evaluating the award-winning staff in collaboration with the relevant department heads as assigned by the senior management team.
  8. Generalist
    1. Performing duties assigned related HR Job scope by the senior management team from time to time.
    2. Meet with staff from time to time to suggest specific solutions to their specific problems
    3. Collaborate with the relevant department leader to quickly adapt to the relevant department when new employees arrive.

Requirements

Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Professional certificattion in HR is a plus
Proven working experiences in HR Manager or Other HR executive role
Prefer candidates with experience in the garment or factory industry
