Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in any factory industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes and factory operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Must be able to work at Hmawbi
