  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Care Solution Department, focusing on the growth of our pharmacist care outsourcing call center business and nursing care booking platform.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and client needs assessment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Perform the assigned tasks according to the business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a medical related field.
  • Master's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, and nursing care facilities.
  • Experience in selling outsourcing services or technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
