Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Care Solution Department, focusing on the growth of our pharmacist care outsourcing call center business and nursing care booking platform.
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and client needs assessment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services to clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and establish relationships with potential clients.
Perform the assigned tasks according to the business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a medical related field.
Master's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, and nursing care facilities.
Experience in selling outsourcing services or technology solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
