Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Care Solution Department, focusing on the growth of our pharmacist care outsourcing call center business and nursing care booking platform.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and client needs assessment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Perform the assigned tasks according to the business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a medical related field.
- Master's degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, and nursing care facilities.
- Experience in selling outsourcing services or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
