Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implementation for customer and client to achieve agreed business objectives. 
  • Provide updates and support to Field Marketing team and monitor operational execution progress
  • Gather market data on trends, market share, forward share and field marketing promotional activities using data/market feedback
  • Consolidate information gathered and report identified performance gaps to clients, customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage internal coordination and team work by effectively supervising operations team members. 
  • To do on-the-job training for BA during his/her store visit and provide feedback.  
  • Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team's goal.


Requirements 

  • Any Bachelor Degre
  • At least 2 year experience in related Field and at least 1 year in the managerial experience
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Able to use Computer and to speak English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
