Responsibilities

  • Working co-operatively, as part of a team to
  • provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to staffs in office and out-of-office staffs.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for manager
  • Prepare timely sales report and prepare presentation / proposal as assigned

Requirements - 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant,office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
