Responsibilities -     

-    To control and manager A&P accounts
-    To support Financial reports at every month end year
-    Keep updates budget, handle invoices and confirm expense voucher and purchase order
-    Invoice customer on timely basic
-    Able to prepare full set account (both account payable and receivable)
-    Prepare and regular reports about company finances including budgets, debts, expenditure and revenue
-    Check weekly budget from all department
-    Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statement
-    Ensure timely, accurate month end closing and financial reporting to management
-    Assist in audit process, income tax and commercial tax filing
-    Cash handling, review and monitor cash flows
-    Participate in internal policy set up, review financial policies and procedures


-    B.Com, CPA (or) ACCA affiliates (or) Master Degree in Finance, Business, Economics & Accounting
-    2 to 3 year working experience in related field or financial analyst role at Distribution & Services
-    Use of PC with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-    Able to work under pressure
-    Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill
-    Excellent English communication and presentation skills
-    Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and able to adapt and work with people from different functions
-    Resourceful, independent, self-motivated, team player, flexible and pragmatic
