Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. Since inception, we have extended our branch network steadily to facilitate commercial development and investment across all of Myanmar as well as to better serve our growing customer base through a larger banking network.

For domestic banking, we provide a comprehensive range of deposit products, financing options for large and small businesses through loans, overdrafts and hire purchases, reliable and extensive ATM and POS service via the Myanmar Payment UNion (MPU) network. For international banking, we provide foreign trade finance as well as worldwide payment services with partners, including Western Union, VISA, Master Card, China Union Pay and other major card organizations. Other services include gift cheques, payment orders and local remittance services.

Requirements

- Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
- Have 8 ~ 10 years of working experience in Cards environment or similar experience in a marketing, partnership and public relations  environment (Experience in Bank’s card business is most preferable!)
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, presentation skills and communication skills
- A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
- Can work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet KPI
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversight and management of all Dining programs, POS, ATMs, Events/Strategic Usage Partnership, Cards Rewards Programs, and Cards Marketing Programs, also build relationship with key partner merchants and organizations
- Have a digital mindset to create successful marketing programs and campaigns
- Liaise with regional heads and branches for KPIs
- Ensure all Programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop Product Programs for Management’s approvals
- Oversight in the development of all Products Collaterals including T & C, Product information, and ensure that the Bank’s Branding are strictly adhered to.
- Establishing annual targets with Dining Teams, Cards Rewards Team, and to monitor the delivery of the products and services;
- Oversight the POS merchant team and ATM Team to grow and relationship with Big merchants
- Have a business mindset to grow POS, ATM, Rewards and Merchant discounts programs
Oversight and maintain and develop strategic relationships with the clients in the consumer market; Work in conjunction with the Bank's internet and mobile banking team to ensure that our Dining Programs , Rewards Programs are properly communicated to maximize usage of our card program.
- Training, coaching and mentoring of the staff
- Establishment of regular report for Management in KPIs and in terms of key programs usage and billings.
- Develop the requisite SOP for the operation of all programs in your oversight.
