  • Understanding market trends and competitive environment so as to stay ahead competition and to avoid market risks
  • Exploring and developing new treasury products for the bank’s customers
  • Working closely with the Business Banking and FI divisions to maintain good relationship with the key customers 
  • Managing KPIs to attain business goals set by the management
  • Developing risk-adverse culture, monitoring compliance issues and taking necessary control measures to be in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Cooperate with Compliance and Risk Management teams for alignment with policies and procedures
  • Supporting the fund management processes and operations for the bank
  • Preparation of reports and analysis for the management and regulatory requirements
  • Leading process development and improvement initiative for the department
  • Managing relationship with internal stakeholders and their queries
  • Improving the team’s efficiency and performance


Skills Required:

  • Excellent skills in verbal communication, giving presentations, pitching sales and decision making
  • Good at building relationships with a variety of personality types and institutions of different cultures
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, detailed-oriented and self-starting attitude
  • An aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to work under stressful environment

Qualification Required:

  • Prior or related experience in securities trading, sales, and brokerage operations is preferred
  • At least a good bachelor degree (in banking, finance, accounting, business management or engineering discipline) is required
  • Other recognized certifications such as CFA or ACCA is highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Good language skills in both English and Myanmar is required
