Job Area

Provide a service in the areas of user account management, technical support activities and execute Standard Services requests.

Job Purpose
Delivering effective and efficient end user technical support to meet the expected service level

Job Descriptions

•    Deliver end user technical support based on the assignment or requests

•    Executes user management activities for in-scope systems, escalates to respective teams for out-of-scope systems, monitors and provides email updates on status of user requests being handled
•    Facilitates approval of and announces via email all change management activities
•    Executes ad-hoc & procedures based activities and resolves common to complex service requests
•    Maintains records/files of all approved request for audit purposes
•    Obtains, compiles and reports customer survey statistics and other regular and ad hoc reports & statistics
•    Performs procedure based regular periodic tasks e.g. housekeeping, end-of-month, etc

Job Requirements

•    At least 2 years experiences as a Technical support
•    Knowledge of MS Operating system and products, hardware configuration and setup
•    Problem-solving aptitude
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
