Main duties/ accountabilities of the job ( Job Scope )

This is an important role to work with key stakeholders from different departments and business units to analyze business workflows to transform from manual processing to computerize business systems for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Collects detailed user and technical requirements.
•    Works with business units, internal team and external consultant to analyze collected requirements, translate into workflow documents.
•    Provide operational helpdesk and support to users
•    Provide business solution training to users
•    Perform by any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Experience / Skills required
-    Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, or its equivalent.
-    Experience in C#, ASP.Net, Java
-    More prefer in related experience.
-    Advantage with experienced in supporting ERP
-    Experienced in web technology.
-    Experienced in reporting and data extraction from Database
-    Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
-    Effectively Bilingual
-    Hardworking & Honest with good initiative

Qualification / Education required
