Duties & Responsibilities

  • Keep loading docks and materials and supplies in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Checking Per Stock Level & Reorder Food ,Beverage & General Item.
  • Follow up with Purchasing and receiving for the item which is not delivered by supplier
  • Respect FIFO ( First in First Out)
  •  All issued Requisition updated into FMC System the same day.
  • To pack, unpack, count, weigh and measure materials, supplies and equipment upon receipt.
  • To collect items ordered, from the goods receiving area when they are delivered, signing the delivery note to show that the goods have been handed over in full and transport to department for storage.
  • To maintain par stock levels by raising purchase requests when necessary and forwarding them to the Purchasing Manger to be Authorised and ordered
  • To ensure that lead / delivery times are taken into account when requesting stock e.g. for cutlery orders
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of all stock items
  • To establish and maintain a bin card to keep the current physical balance in that bin.
  • To adhere to the procedures for handling, storing and rotating stock.
  •  Ensure beverage purchase requests are raised as per restaurant requirements and Operating equipment using a purchase order form.
  • Prepare monthly report of slow moving item & closed to expire to cost controller
  • Assist To controller-every month end stock taking hotels' outlets
