Senior Sales Representative


Our company is an international company manufacturing packaging for the food and beverage sector. The company is looking for ambitious
candidates to work as Senior Sales Representative in our high-tech factory. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethics. The Senior Sales Representative will have the opportunity to work under experienced Foreign Management and to have training by foreign Manager.


  • Build good business relationships with new and exiting customers
  • Keep CRM system up to date and identify opportunities
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs to explain how specific products and service can meet these needs
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Answer costomers' questions about prices, availability and product uses
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
  • Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
  • Work with the warehouse department to resolve inventory level ordering issues include collecting past due balances and sales summary reports
  • Attend sales meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction together with Managing Director to discuss sales issues, competitive, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to provide any requirements or concerns
  • Manage and oversee sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Ability to effectively evaluate and respond appropriately to situations to the benefit of the customer; strong sense of urgency;
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Able to lead, manage and control customer projects from start to finish over several months
