  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop branding and marketing strategies that are in line with the corporate and business
    strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with business units and subject matter experts, leading the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies and tactics across all marketing channels
  • Exploring with external parties on new collaborative opportunities, engagement platforms and marketing tools that would
    enable business units to drive sales and promote customer interaction.
  • Overseeing the budget of the marketing department and managing the roll-out of each marketing campaign execution, adherence to project timeline and optimization of assigned budget.
  • Ensuring that the corporate identity guidelines are adhered to, and the marketing efforts dovetail with the brand position.
  • Implementing suitable brand engagement events and activities for businesses to connect with customers on a regular basis and garner new prospects.
  • Keeping abreast of the financial industry’s latest trends, consumer behavior and competitors’ developments.
  • Overseeing the professional development and career progression of subordinates and providing mentorship and guidance
  • Keeping updated of the latest rules, regulations and policies impacting department's area of work and ensure adherence.


Skills Required:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the bank and to build strong relationship with the customers
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work under stressful environment

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required
  • 6-8 years of Marketing or Business Development Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in leadership position preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Prior experience in in implementing contemporary digital, website, and content marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience in building brand awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and business software is required
