Ensures Field Sales Team sells to meet sales target and market share objectives.

  • Breakdown of sales target by channel with alignment with Operation Manager.
  • Trade management - ensure execution by Distributor  General Trade sales reps.
  • Promotion evaluation
  • Ensuring territory coverage

Interface between Distributor Field Sales team; CCSD & Shopper activation team

  • Ensure and monitor full compliance of channel must-have-list by Distributor Field Sales
  • Ensure and monitor timely implementation & promotional activities by Distributor Field Sales
  • Ensure and monitor implementation of planograms in per Nestlé's Merchandising Guidelines by Field Sales.
  • Ensuring and monitoring of customer database maintenance on a regular basis
  • Ensuring and monitoring of compliance on Journey Plan.
  • Leading Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices
  •  - On the job coaching / FMBP training of Distributor sales representative
  •  - Leading and cascades activities, promotional campaign, new product launch, merchandising standards to Distributor Field Sales via weekly review with Distributor Branch Manager / Supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Minimum diploma in any related discipline,  ( SPM qualification for sales reps with min 5 years experience ).

 - at least 1-2 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.

 - Demonstrated ability to lead people, assertive & persistent

 - Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field

 - Had experience in managing Field Sales team

- 100% mobility (must be able to travel frequently, company will compensate for the whole trip)

- Selling FMCG products would be an advantage

- Experience in upper Myanmar & have good understanding of the consumer needs there
