Ensures LTP Field Sales Team sells according to Nestlé Must Have List to General Trade customers to meet sales target and market share objectives.
 - Breakdown of sales target by channel with alignment with Operation Manager.
 - Trade management - ensure execution by Distributor General Trade sales reps.
 - Promotion evaluation
 - Ensuring territory coverage by LTP team

Ensuring Operation Best Practices 
 - On the job coaching / FMBP training of Distributor sales reps (ICE ) 
 - Leading and cascades KMA activities, promotional campaign, new product launch, merchandising standards to Distributor Field Sales via weekly review with Distributor Branch Manager / Supervisor 

Job Requirements:

 - Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
 - 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
 - Demonstrated ability to lead people
 - Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. Category & Channel Development, Customer, Field
