Pacific-AA Group was established in 1996 with the Myanmar largest pharmaceutical distribution business as well as one of the largest Lubricants distribution business in Myanmar with the overseas subsidiary offices in Singapore and the U.S.A.


Pacific-AA Group of companies include AA Medical Products Ltd. for Pharmaceuticals Distribution, Pacific Medical Industry Ltd. for International GMP Standard Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing, Pacific-AA Mortor Ltd. for Chevrolet Exclusive Distributorship and the AA Marketing Ltd. for Lubricants Distribution Overseas subsidiary offices are located in Singapore (Pacific Pharmaceuticals Pte. The Pacific-AA group turnover is around USD 100 millions in 2013-2014 Fiscal Year.
Our headquarters office is in Yangon and we have the 12 branch offices in Mandalay, Myintkyina, Mawlamyine, Taunggyi, Lashio, Magwe, Sittwe, Kalay, Meik, Dawei, Pathein and Nay Pyi Taw. We are also planning to open 3 more branch offices in Pyi, Taunggoo and Kyaingtone soon to cover all corners of Myanmar.


We have over 900 employees nationwide with the fleet of over 160 vehicles for nationwide distribution.
We have the nationwide Pharmaceuticals distribution reach to over 18,000 Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies and Drugs Stores.
We are the exclusive TOTAL Lubricants Distributor since 1998 for more than 16 years in Myanmar with nationwide reach to Lubricants Industrial Customers, Wholesalers and Retailers via 160 Lubricants sales channels.


We are also the Exclusive Distributor of Chevrolet (General Motors) Vehicles in Myanmar with expanding network of Dealerships & Service Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform to achieve sales target and to improve sales
  • Perform to expand market share
  • Perform to reduce selling costs and expenses
  • Perform to try to succeed tender in a maximum
  • Understand and follow company's quality policy
  • Ensure to prepare yearly customer sanctification survey and perform necessary actions
  • Prepare required actions recommended by internal  audit team and ISO auditor and CAPA actions in designed time cooperate with QMS team to maintain ISo quality standard
  • Meet at least 80% sales target achievement
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers identifying new customer opportunities increase the credit customers base on yearly target
  • Promote sales growth while minimizing the sales related expenses
  • Promote tender sales growth from the Government and Public/Private Hospitals region  wide

Requirements

  • Must be graduated
  • Atleast 3 years of working experience in related field with Manager position
  • Good experience in Sales and management of Sales staffs
  • Have a good personality
  • Have positive attitude
  • Not older than 55 years
  • Good Computer literacy skills
  • Preferable to the candidate who can drive and has driving license

Remark

The applicants must be able to work at the branch offices of the company such as Mandalay,Taunggyi,Lashio, Myitkyinar,Kalay,Magway,
Monywa,Naypyitaw,Pyay,Myeik,Dawei,Mawalmyine,Sittwe and other cities. If the applicant need to move with the family,the company will provide accommodation.
