Go to site visit according to the marketing plan
Establish and Maintain sales objectives, strategy and plans
Review each sales man performance and feedback
Monitoring delivery product to customers
Make the action for customer complain and satisfaction
Perform performance appraisal for the staff and develop Sales Dept
Any graduate with Dip in Agriculture
Must have between 7 ~ 10 years experiences in fertilizer Field.
Must have good community skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Market knowledge, Presentation and Negotiation.
Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
