Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

This sales position is for KMN's Air Compressor and Electrical Products division. You will be responsible for the sales of Fusheng Air Compressor and other electrical products such as Cable, Switch/Socket, Power Protection Devices. 

Job Specification & Requirements

-  Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 2-3 year Sales & Marketing Experience in Any Industrial Machineries or Air Compressor or Air Conditional process  (OR)
-  Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 3-4 year Sales & Marketing Experience in Any Industrial Machineries or Air Compressor or Air Conditional process.
-  Must have good communication, positive thinking, open-minded, conceptual skills and interpersonal skills.
-  Good leadership and decision making in analytical & logical.
-  Able to work on own initiative.
-  Excellent in multi-tasking, adequate knowledge of Sales & Marketing Management Strategies and principles.
-  Good command in English 4 skills.
-  Computer literate in MS Office, Email.
-  Active and able to travel
-  Report to Manager.

Job Specification & Requirements

1 - Able to learn continuously in Product Knowledge of Electrical Products,  Air Compressor & Accessories in order to understand very well and perfect sales.

2 - Try best to get more confident by learning Technical issues which misunderstanding, misusing.

3 - Follow up to existing Customers, Keep in touch with Potential Customers, Find the new customers according to marketing plans.

4 - Record in Excel Sheet for daily met Customers due to information and discussion with Manger always that how is the customer’ situations, conditions, considerations, etc.

5 - Due to supporting of special bonus by KMN for every 6 months sales target which planed by Manager, trying best to meet sales targets continuously.

6 - Take responsible & accountability by providing quotations by Email or Viber to customers in time.

7 - Sometime, deliver the spare parts to customers when they ordered, send the invoices for cash collections.

8 - Find the new Customers by searching in Yellow Book or Online or travelling to other locations.

9 - Due to providing Incentive on 20% of Service Charges, serve the services organized with service team anytime(24 hrs) 

10 - Able to learn continuously in Product knowledge of Electrical Products, Air Compressor & Accessories as Customer satisfaction is an important of business in order to understand very well and perfect services accompanied with marketing team if required.

11 - Able to attend to Product Knowledge/ Service Training, then apply effectively by teaching, discussing, testing, evaluating to coworkers in order to improve our organization.

12 - Obey the rules & disciplines of KMN/ Department as required.
