  • Manage all products are delivered to outlets in time, right place, and right quantity, and also for finished goods, premix, raw, F&P, and packing orders are needed to be on stock and need to prevent stock out condition and also manage to be minimized waste.  
  • Need to manage all products must be standard quality, least waste rate, damage, and expire.
  • Need to make accurate and in time daily balance sheet and check with actual
  • Handle and solve the customer complaints and problems
  • Need to support the daily operation to run smoothly.
  • Manage the Bakery Staffs’ daily attendance by assigned schedule, leave and day-off, complaints and problems, welfare and
  • Prepare and record the attendance by assigned shifts, leave and late records, absents records, rules breaking cases and report them to Business Manager


  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Computer literacy
  • More prefer of knowledge in POS system, Ordering System & Basics Account & Inventory Knowledge.
  • More prefer experienced in Restaurant & Cafeteria at least 6 or 12 months
