Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist the General Manager in all aspects and phases of the Operations as well as deputizing the GM on such specific occasions as and when required.
  • To cover all operational activities and ensure that the respective sections are efficiently managed to a high standard of customer
    satisfaction.
  • Oversees all Operations of Food & Beverage, Food Preparation, Rooms, Security and Engineering.
  • Display a pro-active and leading role in terms of service, culture, development, team image, systems, procedures and skills development
  • Supervise and ensure all operations staff are functioning to maximum capacity according to their respective duties and responsibilities.
  • Help to develop and establish new, pro-active administrative programs, control procedures, operations manual and service standards
  • Coach and mentor direct reports
  • Conduct training where necessary
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel operations
  • Must be hold  Hospitality Management certificates
  • Ability to work well others / Ability to multi-task
  • Adaptable and has the right attitude
  • Friendly and has positive vibes
  • Able to drive for business results
