Job Specifications

  • Any Graduate. DBA or BBA and Dip: in Sales and Marketing Management Preferred.
  • Mature Candidate (above 30 years)
  • Previous minimum (5) years’ experiences in sales, Marketing related fields.
  • Team leadership experience in a multi-disciplined environment.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, Sales Technique and market analyze skills.
  • Demonstrated successful sales, development,or customer relations experience in a professional capacity.
  • Have strong knowledge of about the local market, competitors and industry trends.  
  • Strong Knowledge of Business and Distribution plan.
  • Experiences and knowledge of the whole Myanmar distribution channel.
  • Self-motivated, confident and capable of engaging customer at all levels strong written and oral negotiation, presentation and communication skills both in Burmese and English.
  • Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking,
    talent, teamwork and problem solving skill.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with clients,customer and stakeholder.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in English and computer skills

Job Description

  • Achieved business target(sales revenue, sales volume and share by category).
  • According to the Route To Market strategy, continuously drive products sales distribution and in-outlet execution by developing distributor partners.
  • Find emerging business opportunities of various channel and work out an execution plan with a clear target.
  • Take charge network, develop precinct zone for 3rd party partner regularly.
  • Monitor and analysis competitor’s activity and change stratagem.
  • Identify  new market opportunity, develop and manage clients with strategic  long-term partnership.Visit outlets with sales supervisor regularly though advice from customer adjust visit routes.
  • Monitor and training staffs’ work to help them improve their performance.
  • To work with full dedication, devotion and self-decision maker.
  • Self-motivator, willing to improve and learning and developing skill.
  • Ensure client/customer development and Management.
  • Ensure to work target setting and business performance management.
  • Ensure to check sales target & budget.
  • Ensure to check sales volume completed by daily analysis report.
  • Make sure active outlet and clients.
  • Monitor works of managers and supervisors in zone.
  • Hold meeting for sales team every weeks to correspond executive and monitor program develop.
  • To train sales team remedy deficiency.
  • Coach and develop team talent pipeline and establish a good execution culture with right way.
  • Others duties assigned by Line Manager.
